Toolnestly ("we," "us," "our") provides free online tools at this website. This policy explains what data is, and isn't, collected when you use them.

Tools run in your browser

Every calculator and generator on this site — the UTM Builder, ROAS Calculator, Character Limit Checker, Email Subject Line Checker, A/B Test Calculator, Hashtag & Caption Checker, UTM QR Code Generator, Ad Budget Calculator, and Campaign Name Generator — runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you type into these tools is sent to or stored on our servers.

Open Graph Preview Tool (the one exception)

This tool works differently: when you enter a URL, our server fetches that page to read its metadata and show you a preview. The URL is processed only to generate that preview and is not stored afterward, though it may briefly appear in standard server access logs — the same as any web request — which are purged on a routine basis.

Cookies and advertising

This site is supported by advertising. We use Google AdSense to display ads, which relies on cookies to serve and measure ads, including personalized ads based on your visits to this and other sites. Google's use of advertising cookies is governed by Google's own privacy policy. You can opt out of personalized advertising via Google Ads Settings or www.aboutads.info.

What we don't do

• Account creation is not required for most tools. A small number of tools (mainly AI-powered ones) may require a free account so we can apply fair usage limits — if you sign up for one of these, we collect only what's needed to identify your account (typically an email address).
• No forms on this site currently collect personal information beyond what an account signup requires.
• We do not sell data to third parties.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
