What this tool does

Pulls specific pages out of a PDF and saves them as a new, separate PDF — useful for grabbing just the pages you need from a long report, contract, or scanned document without sending the whole thing.

Everything happens in your browser — your file is never uploaded anywhere.

How to use this tool

1Upload a PDF — the tool reads its page count automatically.
2Type which pages you want, e.g. "1-3, 5, 8-10".
3Click Extract, then download the new PDF containing just those pages.

Good to know

  • Pages come out in the order you list them, not necessarily the original order
  • Password-protected or corrupted PDFs can't be read — remove the password first
  • The original PDF is untouched; this creates a new file with just the pages you chose

FAQ

Can I extract every page as its own separate file?
Not yet with this tool — it extracts your chosen pages into one combined PDF. For splitting into fully separate single-page files, that's on the roadmap as a future addition.
Are my files uploaded to a server?
No. Everything runs in your browser using JavaScript — your PDF never leaves your device.
What if I enter an invalid page range?
The tool checks your input against the actual page count and tells you exactly what's wrong before extracting anything.
